Landmark Counseling is a self-pay Telehealth counseling practice serving those anywhere within the state of Indiana. Colleges and university settings bring their own unique challenges to a student's mental health. For 11 years (prior to private practice), I worked in University Mental Health, and served as the Director of a University-based Counseling Center. My work allowed me to specifically focus on treating college and graduate students, as well as collaborating with faculty members and administrators across campus. Whether you are a student struggling with anxiety or a traumatic experience, overwhelmed by stress, struggling with workplace issues or burnout, or are seeking other support, Landmark Counseling is here to journey alongside you. Being a student at a university is a unique experience. Increasing responsibilities are piled on, hard adjustments from living with parents and moving into college life can occur, big questions about “what’s next” loom, and it can be difficult to navigate uncertainty and anxiety. By partnering with an experienced counselor who can share insights and guide your journey, you can move towards the life you envision. Counseling can be part of an important landmark in your life, marking a turning point in your growth and healing journey. Whether you are seeking to become a healthier version of yourself, navigate through a challenging situation, find balance between work and life, or process painful grief and trauma, we are happy to help!

It allows me to run a sustainable business that promotes the highest possible quality evaluation services for all children, youth, and adults, as well as supporting my wellness as a mental health professional to ensure I show up from a space of curiosity, authenticity, and active engagement. It additionally allows me to offer reduced fee evaluations and partner with other agencies to provide some pro bono evaluations each year. The range for completion of a comprehensive evaluation was determined with the understanding that many individuals/families will pay the base level fee, and I am aware that the overall cost may impact whether individuals can pay the full cost/full fee for completion of evaluation services. If you/your loved one is in need of a reduced fee evaluation, please let me know. If I am not able to accommodate this need, I will do my best to identify providers who may be able to do so. The evaluation process includes time spent in direct contact with individuals and/or caregivers via clinical interviews and caregiver interviews for children and adolescents, face-to-face testing, scoring and interpreting assessment data, reviewing records, completing collateral calls with providers or support persons (if/as appropriate and with a release of information), writing the evaluation report, and providing feedback. Full Fee for 2024: $2300 to $2500 (Full Fee for 2025 will be $2400 to $2600)** At this fee, you are supporting and uplifting others, and helping me run a sustainable business that promotes the highest possible quality evaluation services for all individuals. This also allows me to offer reduced fee evaluations and partner with other agencies to provide some pro bono evaluations each year in an effort to promote equitable access to evaluation services. *I commit to completing reduced fee or pro bono evaluations that are equal to at least 10% of business profits for the year. The total percentage may vary year to year based on the ebb and flow of business profits and costs associated with maintaining the practice. Middle Fee for 2024: $2100 to $2200 (Middle Fee for 2025 will be $2200 to $2300)** At this level, you are helping me run a sustainable business that promotes the highest possible quality assessment services for all individuals, including you/your loved one. Base Fee: $1900 to $2000 (Base Fee for 2025 will be $2000 to $2100)** At this level, you are paying for highest possible quality assessment services for you/your loved one. You feel anxious and it’s hard to shut your brain off. People tell you to relax, but it’s not that easy for you. You’ve worked hard to get where you are, but it’s hard to sit back and enjoy it. Your standards for yourself feel too high, and you question how long you can keep this up. You tend to doubt yourself and your abilities and look to other people to reassure you. It’s hard to take up space, feel confident, and speak your truth. You want to feel present in your life and like you’re able to love and appreciate yourself just as you are. You want to feel confident, courageous, and like you are able to advocate for yourself. You want to feel happy, calm, and at peace with your life, your relationships, and your career. I specialize in working with young adults with anxiety, people-pleasing tendencies, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism to build self-confidence and live a life they love. A better future is possible, and I'm here to help you create it. I can’t wait to hear from you, send me an email or call me to schedule a free phone consultation.

I truly believe that choosing to prioritize your own or your child’s mental health is one of the bravest and most meaningful decisions a person or parent can make. Whether you are reaching out for yourself at any stage of life or seeking support for your teenager, committing to healing and personal growth can feel overwhelming. Even finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting first hurdle. I am genuinely glad you are here and taking this step. Opening up to someone new is not easy. When beginning therapy for teens, it can feel especially intimidating to trust someone with their thoughts and emotions. For parents, it can be painful and confusing to watch your child struggle and not know how to “fix” it. Further, with adults of any age, it can be just as challenging to slow down, reflect, and allow yourself the space to be supported, or even to admit that you are struggling in the first place. I strive to create a confidential, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe enough to be yourself, explore your experiences, and begin meaningful healing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Concerns may include anxiety (such as generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, or phobias), depression and mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD and executive functioning difficulties, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, OCD, and challenges related to life transitions. With teens specifically, I have a passion for supporting concerns such as school avoidance, academic pressure, peer relationships, bullying, identity exploration, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, and family conflict. I also work with more complex concerns, including self-harm, suicidal thoughts, substance use, eating disorders, and behavioral challenges. For adults, therapy may focus on stress, burnout, relationship concerns, career or life transitions, parenting challenges, unresolved trauma, or patterns that are no longer serving you. Many adults also seek therapy to better understand themselves, improve emotional awareness, and create more meaningful, values-driven lives. I earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis, where I also completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. My training included supervised clinical experiences across a variety of settings and ages, including private practice, residential treatment, a therapeutic day school, and juvenile justice systems. During my predoctoral internship, I received intensive training working with youth and families involved in complex systems of care, and collaborated closely with schools, probation, and child welfare agencies. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities that are tailored to each individual’s specific needs. In our first sessions, we will discuss current difficulties, collaborate on goals, and determine the best approach for you or your child. My goal is to meet you where you are. For teens, this often means building trust at their own pace and helping them develop practical coping skills and emotional insight. For parents, it may involve collaboration, guidance, and tools to strengthen connection and communication at home. For adults, it may look like exploring patterns, building resilience, and working toward lasting, meaningful change. I am not what we psychologists call a “blank slate” therapist, and I will enthusiastically support you, celebrate you, and laugh with you, while also holding space for the difficult topics and why you came to therapy in the first place. No matter where you or your family are starting, you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you feel that I may be a good fit for you or your child, I welcome you to reach out.

Let me be your guide to better understanding yourself and why you think, feel, and behave in the ways that you do. You know yourself better than anyone, but I can help you notice patterns that have been hidden or locked away. Whether experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, or a low self-esteem, it is my hope to give you a soft space to land with genuine care and kindness. I’ve been a practitioner for 5 years specializing in anxiety, attachment wounds, inner child work, and sex & sexuality. I work with lots of different populations, but mostly work with femmes, trans and nonbinary folks, and the LGBTQ+ community. My goal as your therapist is for you to get to know yourself and others in a more attuned, empathetic, and compassionate way. In my personal time I love to read (expect a lot of book recommendations) and occasionally crochet. I love a good cup of coffee, practicing yoga, and connecting with the earth and nature through native gardening and hiking.

Looking through endless therapist profiles can be exhausting when you're already struggling. Let me make this simple: I don't sugarcoat things. I'm here to actively work with you, not just listen and nod like a sounding board. Working together, we can actually change what's not working by developing practical skills that are effective and easy to use. I've witnessed countless journeys of growth and healing and I believe wholeheartedly in your capacity for change. I work well with all kinds of people, and I especially click with gamers, students, and musicians - shared interests tend to lead to a better therapeutic connection. You're stuck, but not broken. I help with anxiety, depression, and substance use with practical approaches: harm reduction perspectives, CBT/DBT techniques, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Whether you're dealing with social anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, burnout, or school stress, we'll build tools that will work specifically for you. Even though whatever hurdle you are trying to overcome may seem impossible, part of you knows something needs to change. Whether it's anxiety, substance use, depression, or feeling stuck - taking the first step is hard, but necessary. I offer free consultations to see if we're a good fit. One call could be the start to feeling better. Ready? Let's connect.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who seeks to provide a safe and protected space that allows individuals to engage on a journey of emotional, psychological and spiritual exploration. I use a combination of mind-body approaches including mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). hypnotherapy, dream work, shamanic healing practices and energy work to help people identify and alter beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, judgments, and painful memories that stand in the way of living one's life. This work allows wounds to heal, helps a person break free from the destructive and unhealthy patterns and moves the person toward a greater sense of emotional and spiritual well-being. I use this bio-psycho-spiritual approach to address the body, mind, and spiritual aspects of a problem and to provide a way for individuals to discover and heal the root causes or those sensitizing events that are often contributing to or fueling the current problems. This encourages the potential for a more whole and integrated person to emerge.
