Hello! I offer in-person appointments at my office in Portland, Maine. I also provide video sessions to clients in Maine, Massachusetts, New York, and participating PSYPACT states. I have 14 years of experience working with undergraduate and graduate students in college counseling center and outpatient settings. I love working with this population! My integrative approach to psychotherapy utilizes evidence-based skills-focused therapies (such as CBT) combined with a strong Psychodynamic (insight-oriented) framework. Treatment interventions are thoughtfully chosen to fit the particular needs of each individual client.
